OR SEQUENCE NEVER RESETS

For restaurants, carinderias and cafés

Look after the tables, not the software.

From seating to paying: a tab per table, orders straight to the kitchen, and waiters taking orders on their phones.

How the dining room flows
  • ✓A tab per table. Add rounds all night and bring one bill at the end — split the payment if needed.
  • ✓Orders straight to the kitchen. The cook sees the ticket on a screen; no more lost paper chits.
  • ✓Runner board. See food that is cooked but not yet served, so it reaches the table hot.
  • ✓Waiters on their phones. Order-only: no drawer, no receipts.
  • ✓Recipes that deduct ingredients. Sell one Sinigang, and the pork, taro and mix come off your stock.

In the right order, every day

A day at the counter, from opening float to Z-reading.

The work has its own sequence. The app follows it rather than replacing it.

7:00 AM

Open the shift

The cashier counts the opening float and signs in. Each till holds its own shift, so two counters never share one drawer.

11:30 AM

The lunch rush

Tap or scan; cash, card, GCash, Maya or QR Ph; and a receipt with the right OR number.

3:00 PM

Receive the delivery

Match the supplier’s delivery to the purchase order, record what arrived, and stock and cost move together.

9:00 PM

Close the day

The drawer is counted against what the system expects. The Z-reading runs once a day.

What you get

The things owners always end up asking the cashier.

Grouped the way a store runs: selling, money, stock and people.

Selling

A counter that is quick to learn

Big buttons and quick categories.

Selling

Ways to pay

Cash, card, GCash, Maya and QR Ph — with your own QR on screen, and the change computed for the cashier.

Selling

A screen for the customer

A second display shows each item and the running total. Fewer arguments at the counter.

Money

Cash that is accounted for

Opening float, cash in and cash out, and the over or short at close — per cashier, per shift.

Money

Voids that leave a trail

A voided sale returns its stock and points, and stays on the record. No quiet deletes.

Money

Cost per item, tracked

Each item’s cost is tracked through every delivery and sale, and gross profit is in the profit and loss report.

Stock

Stock that moves on its own

Every sale, delivery, adjustment and count is written to a stock card you can read line by line.

Stock

Recipes and builds

List the ingredients of each dish. Sell it — or build a batch — and the ingredients come off automatically.

People

Roles for real staff

Owner, manager, cashier and waiter — each role has its own access.

People

Loyalty, kept simple

Points on every purchase, redeemed as a peso discount, tied to a mobile number — and senior and PWD customers kept on file.

Branches

Every branch, one login

Switch branches from the same account. Each branch has its own stock, cash, staff and receipts.

Branches

Staff in their own branch

Staff see only the branch they work in, and each branch has its own OR sequence.

Receipts & BIR

Built around the rules your audit checks.

The app applies these rules on every sale — not the memory of whoever is at the counter tonight.

№

OR numbers that never reset

Sequential per branch, never reused, never rolled back — with your TIN and business name on every receipt.

%

Senior and PWD discounts, computed right

20% off the VAT-exclusive price, and VAT-exempt — automatic for a customer on file, with the name and ID saved on the sale.

≡

X-reading and Z-reading

Check totals mid-shift as often as you like; close the day once. Past Z-readings stay on file, with their OR number ranges.

◇

VAT, zero-rated and exempt, per item

Each product carries its own tax treatment, so a VAT-exempt item never lands in VATable sales.

✎

An audit trail that cannot be erased

Sales, voids, discount overrides and Z-readings are written once, with the user and the time, and kept.

▤

Quarterly tax figures, ready

The VAT or percentage-tax summary is computed from your actual sales and purchases — so your bookkeeper starts from numbers, not a shoebox.

Senior discount, line by line

Pancit Canton — ₱250.00 on the menu

Menu price (VAT-inclusive)250.00
Price without VAT223.21
Senior discount (20%)−44.64

The discount comes off before VAT, and the sale becomes VAT-exempt — the step most often miscomputed by hand. Attach the senior or PWD customer, and the counter gets it right every time.

When the signal drops

Brownout down the street? Keep selling.

Counter sales keep going without internet — each sale is saved on the device. When the signal returns, the sales upload automatically, and the server assigns each one its OR number as it arrives. Tabs, the kitchen and waiters need the internet.

7:12 PM — Internet drops. The counter keeps selling.
7:12–8:40 PM — 23 sales saved on the device.
8:41 PM — Internet is back. 23 sales uploaded, OR numbers assigned.

For retail stores

Run a store too? It handles that.

The same system works for retail and mini-groceries.

  • ✓Barcode scanning at the counter, and printable shelf and item labels.
  • ✓Sachet, bottle, case — each variant has its own price.
  • ✓Purchase orders to suppliers, received partially or in full, with costs updated when the goods arrive.
  • ✓Low-stock and out-of-stock flags on the selling screen, before the customer has to ask.

Questions people ask first

Before you message us.

Can I use the tablet I already have?

Yes. The counter runs on a tablet, laptop or desktop, and waiters can take orders on their own phones.

Will it work with my thermal printer?

Common 58mm and 80mm receipt printers work. It connects directly over Bluetooth (BLE) or USB where the device supports it; otherwise — as on an iPad — through the print dialog. Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard work with no setup.

Can staff void a sale?

Not a cashier or waiter — voids are for owners and managers, and are recorded permanently with the name and time.

Three branches — one account?

One login for you, switching between branches. Staff see only the branch they work in, and each branch has its own receipts and stock.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Download it as CSV any time: sales detail (every transaction, with the customer), stock movements, the senior and PWD register, accounting reports and time tracking — and everything is backed up nightly while you are with us.
